The film “Two Days, One Night” was nominated for the Palme d’Or in the main competition section at the Cannes Film Festival in 2014. Also it was selected as Belgium’s submission for the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film at the 87th Academy Awards (scheduled to take place on February 22, 2015).

Sandra, a young Belgian mother, discovers that her workmates have opted for a significant pay bonus, in exchange for her dismissal. She has only one weekend to convince her colleagues to give up their bonuses so that she can keep her job.
